Please note that any items that are left behind at the security checkpoint of the Terminal 2 will not be handed over to AirAsia. Rather the airport authority will keep the items in their custody.

Also, any bags which is delayed for at least 7 days will be declared missing for domestic travel, and 14 days for international travel. In that case, to file a claim with AirAsia, passengers must submit the following documents –

• • Copy of guest bank book/statement

• • SWIFT/BCB/IBN code (for international transactions)

• • An authorization letter for 3rd party account.
